Refund Policy

Last updated: April 17, 2026

1. General Policy

All sales of Synclio™ software and subscriptions are final. We do not issue refunds except where required by applicable law.

2. EU & UK Statutory Rights (Right of Withdrawal)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase (the "cooling-off period"), without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

However, by completing your purchase and accessing or downloading the Software, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been made available to you.

If you have not yet accessed or downloaded the Software, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us at info@synclioapp.com within the 14-day cooling-off period.

3. Australian Consumer Law

If you are a consumer in Australia, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those rights.

4. Other Applicable Law

Where any other applicable local law grants you statutory refund rights that cannot be waived by agreement, those rights are not affected by this policy. Please contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund under the laws of your jurisdiction.

5. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request where permitted under applicable law, please contact us at info@synclioapp.com with your order details. We will respond within 5 business days.
